Yes, you can use Inna Organic face masks daily! Rather than using the same type of sheet mask every single day, we recommend alternating masks to allow your skin to benefit from a wider variety of essential oils. 

There’s no need to rinse your face after using an Inna Organic sheet mask! In fact, its beneficial to gently massage in any remaining serum, then proceed with the rest of your skincare routine. Our face masks are infused with the highest quality essential oils and extracts—they never leave skin feeling sticky. 

Inna Organic Skin Purifying Cleansing Gel is 100% natural, safe and effective for removing light, non-waterproof makeup. It will not remove makeup that is waterproof, full-coverage or containing petrochemicals. We recommend non-makeup users wash once with the cleansing gel; makeup users wash twice.

Some skincare brands use ingredients, like dimethicone, which block out the benefits of our essential oils and extracts. If you want to layer our products with other brands, we suggest applying Inna Organic skincare first for best results. We formulate without parabens, phthalates, silicones, sulfates (SLS/SLES) and artificial fragrances. 

Our products are designed to be used in the following order as a skincare routine:  

Cleanser/Makeup Remover＞Toner＞ Mask ＞ Serum ＞ Face Oil and Face Lotion/Face & Eye Cream 

Here are some tips for using Face Oil with Face Lotion or Face & Eye Cream. 

• Mix 3-5 drops of Face Oil into 3 pumps of Face Lotion (or 1 scoop of Face & Eye Cream if your skin is dry).  
• If the weather is hot and humid, try using less oil. If conditions are dry, you may want to add more oil. If your skin is extremely dry, apply Face Oil first, then layer Face & Eye Cream on top one minute later. 

Our Frankincense collection is designed to work together to achieve maximum anti-aging, skin revitalizing and smoothing results. The Face Oil is ultra-lightweight and boosts the moisturizing, nourishing effect of your Face Lotion/Face & Eye Cream. For best results, mix a few drops of oil with lotion (normal-oily skin) or cream (dry skin) and massage onto face to enhance absorption and hydration.

Inna Organic Myrrh Deep Moisturizing Face Mask and Inna Organic Rose Geranium Soothing Face Mask are both excellent choices for sensitive skin. Our Myrrh mask contains aloe vera and sugar beet extract to help protect and hydrate skin. Our Rose Geranium mask infuses skin with soothing floral extracts. For those with high sensitivity, we recommend using our Face Lotion first to restore the skin barrier. 

All of our masks have passed a clinical irritation patch test, conducted over a month of consecutive daily use. However, if you have any question or concern about your individual skin tolerance for essential oils, we recommend applying a small amount of the mask serum behind your ear as a patch test. If you experience irritation, discontinue use, and contact our customer service team to request a full refund.

Inna Organic Pure Moisturizing Body Lotion is safe to use on the face, but it is formulated specifically for body skin to provide all-purpose moisturization. In contrast, our face products contain potent essential oils and extracts and are targeted to solve different skincare issues.

The date of production is printed on every package. Unopened products may be used within two years; once opened, use within six months.  Masks are the exception—they must be used on the day you open the package.

Because our products contain only COSMOS approved organic acid as a preservative, we recommend purchasing Inna Organic products as needed rather than storing them for prolonged periods.  

Out of respect for the environment, Inna Organic has avoided the excess waste created by sample packaging. However, our products come in smaller sizes that allow customers to complete a 10-day trial.
