Domestic (Taiwan) Shipping Fees

Inna Organic offers free standard shipping on all Taiwan orders over NT$ 1,000. For orders under NT$ 1,000, a flat fee of NT$ 80 will be charged.  

International Shipping Fees

Inna Organic offers free shipping on all international orders over US$ 180. For orders under US$180a flat fee based on the package destination will be charged. Customers are also responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches your country border depending on your country’s policies and regulations.

Return & Exchange - Domestic (Taiwan) Orders

Fundamental rights : According to Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan, orders made on the official website are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period.

Defects or Exceptional Quantity of Products

There is no free shipping threshold, please inform us your order number and photo via FB/@Service Email/Service Line (optional) within 7 days after receiving the goods, Customer Service will contact you within 3 working days. 

Personal Reasons for Return or Exchange

  1. If the order still reaches the threshold of free shipping after return or exchange, customer service will contact the Express company and take care of the delivery.  
  2. If the order does not reach the free shipping threshold after return or exchange, customer is responsible for the shipping cost, and required to ship the product to the following address: 12F, No. 178, Sec. 2, Nanjing East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei 104, Taiwan. Inna Organic. 
  3. Merchandise that has been opened or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  4. After confirming the returned products, customer service will refund or ship out the replacement products within 3 working days (Domestic order- convenience store pickup and cash on delivery will be refunded on the 5th of each month). 

First Order 30-Day Return& Exchange Policy

Every customer is entitled to a 30-day return and exchange policy for their first purchase of Inna Organic products. If your purchase is not suitable for your skin type or is causing an allergic reaction, you can, within 30 days, inform customer service via FB/[email protected]/Customer Service Mailbox/Service Line (optional). Customer service assist you through the return or exchange process. 

Note: We can only accept Inna Organic products  purchased directly through Inna Organic.com. We cannot accept refund or exchange requests for products purchased from a third-party retailer. 

Please Follow The Steps Below to Return Your Purchase:

  1. Please contact us through [email protected] and indicate the products you wish to return/exchange and why. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.(except during weekends and national holidays)  
  2. If the order is over NT$ 1,000 after deducting the refund/exchange amount, we will take care of the return shipping fees once our customer service team confirms your return/exchange request.  
  3. If the order is under NT$ 1,000 after deducting the refund/exchange amountthe shipping fee for the return/exchange products will be paid by the customer.  
  4. We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed(usually within 3 days after we receive your returned products). 

 

Return & Refund - International Orders
  1. International order can also enjoy 7-day appreciation period and First Order 30-Day Return& Exchange Policy. However, overseas returns and exchanges involve complicated transnational operations and logistics procedures. We only accept returns currently.  
  2. Inna Organic is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please make a copy of your invoice and retain it for your records. Please ship the product to the following address: 12F, No. 178, Sec. 2, Nanjing East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei 104, Taiwan. Inna Organic. 
  3. We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed within 3 days after we receive your returned products. 

Delivery-related Refunds – International Orders

We want your purchasing experience with Inna Organic to be as smooth as possible. If, unfortunately, you fail to receive your international order for one of the following reasons, we will do our best to assist you and provide refunds after deducting handling fee. 

Possible reasons your order has been delayed or has not been delivered: 

  • The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete. 
  • The recipient refused to accept the parcel. 
  • The recipient did not collect the parcel from a local sorting center. 
  • The parcel was banned from entering the country. 
  • The parcel was taken at customs. 

If a delivery problem as above occurred, we will assist you with your refund based on the total value of your order.  

  • Orders under US$180 : no refund
  • Orders from US$181 to US$355 : 50% refund
  • Orders from US$356 to US$530 : 60% refund
  • Orders from US$531 to US$705 : 70% refund
  • Orders from US$706 to US$880 : 80% refund
  • Orders above US$881 : 90% refund

Your refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that was originally charged. A price difference may occur due to exchange rate differences. If you have questions about our refund policy, please reach us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as promptly as possible.
